Hampton Hall, a recently developed private golf community offering amenities an acclaimed 18-hole golf course, country club, and a variety of custom homes including their signature Estate Homes, Carolina Homes and Carriage Homes.
Hampton Lake, a recently developed private golf community offering amenities, an acclaimed 18-hole golf course available at the neighboring Hampton Hall, and a fitness center that is a full service spa. It has a variety of lots and custom homes. It is a private community of 906 acres and approximately 900 homes and homesites. Currently both woodland preserve and waterfront homesites are available. Most lakefront homes and homesites will accommodate boat slips, for easy back-yard access to fishing, kayaking, and deck-boat cruising with friends. Carolina Lifestyle Homes, Carriage Homes, Coach Homes and Condominiums are planned for the near future, with more information and floorplans to be released soon.
Rose Hill On the estate side, there are river access, home sites and estate size homes where horses and equestrian activities are a part of the community.
Sun City Hilton Head is an age restricted, over 55, secure, gated community west of Highway 170. Developed by Del Webb, and now owned by Pulte Homes, it has several thousand homes. Both new homes and resales are part of a strong market. Many amenities and owner activities are the theme of Sun City developments.
